Inventory of homes for sale in Rodger Forge is still lower than normal by close to half of the normal amount. I have a listing that hasn't even hit the MLS yet and already there is a contract coming in. Buyers are out there and just waiting for the right house. This continues to be an amazing time for sellers! We are seeing full price offers, competing offers, and houses selling within a day or two.
