Rodgers Forge February Housing Market Update

Looks like we have an early Spring market in The Forge!! Buyers have been out there looking and buying--yes, even with snow mountains all over the neighborhood and no place to park! I have 3 homes under contract right now. One home was sold before we even listed it, the other two were sold in under 5 days. If you are waiting for the Spring market to sell your home--it's here! Don't wait. take advantage of the low inventory in the neighborhood. Get out ahead of the competition and list your home now. There are only 9 homes out of 2,000 that are for sale in our neighborhood right now! There are more homes under contract than there are for sale.
